Content management and publishing This will be the hart of the system. The CMS will conform to the following:

Workflow
This system will be closely integrated with the User Access management module. The Intranet admin will be able to create workflow systems based on pre-defined hierarchy of users to manage content on the site. Rules for the workflow will be pre- defined according the activity the admin is performing. For example stems for creating a survey and creating a discussion thread will follow appropriate workflow supervisions as appropriate.

Activity measurement
The system will be designed to capture data for all user interactions. The admin will be able to view details and statistics for all the following:

  • Agenda (category, headlines, agenda text, image, link, attachment)

  • Events calendar (category, event, description, date from to, place, image, contact, link, e-mail,)

  • Poll (question, choice, result)

  • Surveys (question and feedback forms)

Contact management
This module will be designed to handle contact and information requests. All information will be logged in the database. The system will generate alerts and auto responders as appropriate.

Here the admin will be able to Create and manage contacts, Create groups (contacts, leads, users, partners, members, employees etc.) etc.

Collaboration & Project Management

We can base this section on our collaboration software "EmpriseTrackPro" This is web base online collaboration software which will allow you to track and collaborate projects online. Features are as Follows:
